Goals
The National Chamber of Audiovisual Producers gathers approximately 100 companies active in the field of audiovisual production in Poland. Its members include both the largest independent producers and the largest television producers. It is the only organization of this type in Poland. In compliance with the Polish law, it is an economic self-government body and has to be consulted by the central government and the Parliament on issues related to new laws affecting the audiovisual market and professions. The Chamber also actively participates in debates on new laws regarding film and television. It actively promotes international co-operation and shares among the Polish producers the knowledge about the benefits arising from Poland's integration with the European Union. The National Chamber of the Audiovisual Producers is also the national coordinator of all regional film funds.
