Co-production Treaty between
Algeria & Italy

Specific Conditions

• Effective artistic and technical participation by each coproducer, proportional to their financial participation
• All participants in the coproduction shall be nationals of Italy or have the status of a privileged resident as regards Italy, or nationals of Algeria as regards Algeria. In exceptional cases, the participation of a performer who is not a national of either country may be accepted.
• Participation of third-party country performers may exceptionally be permitted if the film so requires, subject to prior approval of both coproducing countries.
• The majority of the production shall normally be carried out in the country of the co-producer which has the major participation.
