Specific Conditions

• Every participant in a work is a national from a coproducing State. In addition to a producer, all coproducing States must have at least one national involved in a work.
• 8 Key positions will be filled by one or more nationals of each party, one key position may be filled by a non-party national.Key positions vary depending on the type of work (animation, documentary, fiction.)
• A work will be coproduced in the coproducing States. , unless otherwise needed.
