Co-production Treaty between
France & Sweden

Specific Conditions

• Artistic and technical personnel shall be French or Swedish nationals/residents.
• Participation of a third-party country internationally renowned performer may be accepted, if the film’s subject so requires.
• Creative, artistic and technical participation must be proportional to the financial participation of each co-producer (at least 1 technician, 1 lead actor and 1 supporting actor).
• Participation of third-party country producers in the coproduction shall be permitted if their country is bound to France or Sweden by a co-production agreement. The conditions of the participation of a third-party co-producer shall be examined on a case-by-case basis.
