Goals
The Greek Producers Association of Cinema and Television (PACT) was founded in 1973. It represents production companies that handle roughly 90% of the annual turnover of commercial films production in Greece. The Association's aim is to secure the promotion and advancement of the equitable, financial and professional interests of its members and the improvement and development of Greek films, telefilms and video films as well as all other audiovisual media. The Association participates in all the film bodies and institutions such as the Ministry of Culture's Advisory Council, the Ministry of Press and Mass Media Special Committee, the Inter-Union Film Committee, etc.
