ZAPA is one of the most effective collective rights management organizations in Poland. Since its creation, it has consistently strengthened its position in the copyright market in Poland and its international position. It has negotiated and signed contracts with public and private users, worked with many national and foreign organizations, monitored the dynamic market of cable operators. A fundamental element of the activity of SFP - ZAPA is proper identification of audiovisual works, to allow quick payment of the owed ??royalties to authors and producers, as well as helping to combat piracy of the audiovisual works.
