Co-production Treaty between
Belgium & Germany

Specific Conditions

• Creative, artistic and technical participation must be proportional to the financial participation of each coproducer.
• The contribution of the minority coproducer must include four persons chosen from among the creative collaborators, image and sound technicians and 20% of the cast (excluding extras).
• Insofar as technical conditions permit, studio shooting and the process of making copies and adding the soundtrack shall be carried out within the territory of the contracting parties.
