Specific Conditions

• Production companies must have a sound technical and financial set-up and professional experience recognized by the competent authorities . Portuguese citizens resident in Brazil and Brazilian citizens residing in Portugal may participate in coproductions as nationals of their respective countries where, on a reciprocal basis, the laws of each party recognize the necessary capacity for such participation
