Specific Conditions

The contribution of the coproducers shall include, in principle, creative, technical and artistic participation in reasonable proportion to the financial contribution of each co-producer. When assessing the financial contribution of each co-producer, the competent authorities may jointly consider an “in kind” contribution, including, but not limited to, the provision of studio facilities as part of the financial contribution.
