Co-production Treaty between
Germany & Serbia

Specific Conditions

• Artistic and technical contribution coresponds to the financial participation ratio.
• Participants in production must be nationals/residents of Germany or Serbia and be part of their cultural sphere.
• Minority coproducer shall provide at least: - the director or assistant director - scriptwriter or dialogue editor - principal role and a fair number of supporting actors
• Studios for sound recording in third-party countries can be used only if exterior shooting was required there by the script and is no less than 30%.
• Coproductions must have received approval from the competent authorities of the two contracting parties before the start of shooting.
