Co-production Treaty between
Belgium & Switzerland

Specific Conditions

• Production companies must have a financial set-up and professional experience recognized by the competent authorities
• The artictic team (authors, director(s), editor, artistic director, set decorator, main cast) must be Swiss, Belgian or Belgian and Swiss official resident
• Creative, artistic and technical participation must be proportional to the financial participation of each coproduce
• Shooting and postproduction shall preferably take place in the coproduction countries

Treaty signed by the Belgium Federal Government. No longer in force for wallonia.
